Returns

We accept returns within 20 days of delivery for eligible items in new and unused condition.

To start a return, please contact us at support@thenorthfern.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Eligible returns must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging when possible
  • Be requested within 20 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns or change-of-mind purchases.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, The North Fern will cover replacement or return-related costs when approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.
